SpeakUp Club is built for children, so we collect as little as possible.

1. What we store

For registered accounts: your email, optional name and mobile, learning progress, and billing records needed to issue GST invoices. Passwords are stored only as salted one-way hashes — never in plain text.

2. Anonymous usage

Install/usage counts are stored as one-way fingerprints with no personal data, used only for aggregate stats.

3. Security

Sensitive data is kept server-side. We apply session expiry, brute-force protection, security headers and administrator activity logging. Microphone audio used for speaking practice is processed for transcription and not retained as a profile.

4. Your choices
