1. Ownership & Copyright

All content, lessons, words, images, audio, code, design and branding on SpeakUp Club are the property of AJ International and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

2. Anti-Copying Clause

You may not, without prior written permission: copy, scrape, crawl, mirror, re-upload, redistribute, resell, frame, or reverse engineer any part of this application or its content; nor use any automated system to extract data from it. Educational personal use within the app is, of course, welcome.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Subscriptions, trials and billing are described in the app. Pro access is granted per the plan you choose.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' data.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the current version.
